Thank you for registering as a vendor for the Father’s Day Car Show! Below are some important details. We will be in contact closer to the event date with any new details.
Set-up:
Please arrive between 7:30-8:30AM. Set-up must be completed by 9:00AM, so please give yourself enough time to set up everything you need.
The entrance will be between the two buildings. Vendor & Sponsor booths will be located on the Northside of the Dome building (see map on vendor page).
You will be greeted in the area when you arrive and be shown your vendor booth location. We will also send you an event contact that you can reach out to at any time during the event if you need any help or have questions.
Please bring all of the supplies you will need for your booth: Tables, tablecloths, tents, extension cords, etc. We cannot provide any set-up items for your booth.
Event Expectations:
The event is open to the public from 9:30AM-2:30PM. We ask that no matter the weather on the day, vendors stay in place for the entirety of the event.
Vendors must keep their spaces in a clean and presentable condition throughout the entire event.
We expect approximately 20,000 guests to come through the event. Vendors are expected to display professionalism, courtesy, and respect when speaking or dealing with all guests.
Take-down:
You may begin taking down your booth at 2:30PM. Vendor booths must be completely cleared by 3:30pm, with all waste removed upon departure.
