Guest Experience Director


Schedule (Full-Time Position)

Monday to Thursday: 9am-5pm

Sundays: 7am - 2pm

Additional events and programs will also take place outside of these hours and will be communicated to you as they're confirmed.

General Responsibilities

  • Lead, equip, and empower the Guest Experience serve teams.

  • Build strong leadership pipelines by identifying and training team leads and coordinators.

  • Foster a life-giving, consistent team culture that reflects Celebration’s vision & values.

  • Department Oversight

  • Assess team needs, performance, and capacity, making adjustments as needed.

  • Systems & Structure

  • Develop onboarding and training systems for all Guest Experience teams.

  • Create healthy rhythms of communication, accountability, and feedback.

  • Monitor metrics and team engagement to assess growth and effectiveness.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous leadership at Celebration Church.

  • Experience in volunteer management or team development.

  • Comfortable with planning and executing Sunday services and outreach events.

  • A proactive, encouraging, and flexible leadership style.

  • A general proficiency in Google Workspace.
